Apprentice

If you’re just getting started in the trades, this is your chance to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in every stage of residential construction — from framing to finish work — with mentorship to help you grow.

Carpenter

For skilled builders ready to collaborate closely with others, and continue growing their technical and leadership skills.

(Lead Carpenter positions are not currently available, but we always welcome introductions from experienced professionals who share our values and want to stay connected for future openings.)
