Baxter — Kitchen and Porch Renovation
This renovation focused on enhancing flow, functionality, and year-round enjoyment, starting with a complete kitchen remodel designed for both everyday living and effortless entertaining.
We reimagined the kitchen layout to maximize space and create a welcoming gathering area, anchored by a large central island with built-in seating. This centerpiece not only improves functionality but also brings people together—whether for a casual breakfast or evening hosting.
As part of the transformation, we removed a bay window and reworked the layout by partially removing a large second-floor deck. In its place, we built a 12×17-foot enclosed porch—crafted for year-round comfort and a bright, airy feel.
The new enclosed porch is fully integrated into the existing deck structure and offers a seamless indoor-outdoor transition; the flow from inside to out feels natural and uninterrupted.
This project is a great example of how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can expand usable living space and bring more light, comfort, and versatility into the heart of the home.
